Terms of Service.
The basic terms of doing business with Tim's Mobile Mechanic.
Service area
Tim's Mobile Mechanic serves the Spokane metro and surrounding areas. Outer addresses may include a small trip charge, which is quoted up front.
Quotes & approvals
All repairs are quoted prior to work. You approve the final price before any wrench is turned. Final cost may vary if the actual condition of the vehicle requires additional parts or labor, in which case I'll stop and re-quote before continuing.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.
Warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Labor warranty terms are discussed at time of booking.
Liability
Tim's Mobile Mechanic is licensed and insured for mobile auto repair in Washington State. Service is provided in good faith with reasonable care. Tim's Mobile Mechanic is not responsible for pre-existing conditions of the vehicle, damage caused by parts supplied by the customer, or issues arising from work declined by the customer.
Cancellation
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling or texting (509) 824-9766. Please give as much notice as possible.
