Cheney drivers — students at Eastern, families south of town, ranchers out off Cheney-Spokane Road. Most of my Cheney customers don't have time to deal with a tow into Spokane and a day at a shop. I drive out instead.

Cheney's about 20 minutes southwest of Spokane on US-2/SR-904. Eastern Washington University runs a big share of the population — students with old cars, tight budgets, and no time. The rest is families and farms. Either way, towing a dead car into Spokane is the worst option. I'd rather just come to you.
