Process

How My Mobile
Mechanic Service Works.

Four steps, no surprises. Call or text, get a quote on the phone, I drive to you, and you don't pay until the work is done and you've approved it.

The 4 steps

From call to fixed.

Step 01

Call or text

Tell me what's going on. No mechanic-speak needed — describe the symptoms in plain English.

Step 02

Get a free phone quote

I'll tell you what it could be, what it usually costs, and what makes sense for your situation.

Step 03

I come to you

Driveway, parking lot, workplace, roadside. Most of Spokane, no travel fee.

Step 04

Back on the road

Most jobs done same day. You don't pay until the work is done and you approve.

My promise

What you get every time.

Payment

Pay how you want.

Multiple payment methods accepted. Call (509) 824-9766 and I'll confirm the easiest option for your situation.

Warranty

Standing behind the work.

I stand behind every repair. Call for specific warranty terms on the job you're booking — happy to talk through it.

When I can't

If a job needs a shop.

Most repairs are doable in your driveway, but a few aren't — full engine removals, transmission rebuilds, body damage, alignments. If you call with one of those, I'll tell you straight up and point you toward a shop that can handle it. I'd rather refer the work than do it wrong.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

Diagnostic-only visits have a flat fee. If you book the repair with me, the diagnostic charge applies toward the repair bill — no double-billing.

Do I pay before the work is done?

No. You see what's wrong, and you pay when the work is finished and you're satisfied.

What if you can't fix it on-site?

Rare, but it happens. If a job genuinely needs a lift, a machine shop, or specialty tooling, I'll tell you upfront and recommend the next step. I'd rather lose the job than do it wrong.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept multiple payment methods. Call (509) 824-9766 and I'll confirm the easiest option for you.

What hours do you work?

5 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week. Early morning and late evening slots fill up first — call earlier in the week if you can.

Ready to get rolling?

Call or text — I'll quote it over the phone before I head out. No diagnostic fee if you book the repair.
